English, Scientific journal, OBJECTIVE: This scoping review aimed to map the characteristics of outcomes arising from Community Health Development and Capacity Building in Community Health (CHD/CCH) conducted by public health-related nursing professionals and to identify the types of evidence that inform public health research and practice. METHODS: Following Joanna Briggs Institute methodology and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines, we systematically searched PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science Core Collection, and the Cochrane Library. Eligibility was based on the Population-Concept-Context framework: (a) community-dwelling individuals and communities, (b) CHD/CCH activities involving collaborative engagement with residents and stakeholders, and (c) nursing professionals engaged in public health practice. Quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods studies, and gray literature were included without restrictions on language or publication year. Outcomes were synthesized according to follow-up period (short, mid, long term) and ecological level (micro, meso, macro). RESULTS: Thirty studies published between 1990 and 2024 were included. Of them, 14 used qualitative designs, 13 mixed methods, and 3 quantitative methodologies. Short-term evaluations primarily reported individual and organizational changes, whereas mid- and long-term studies demonstrated more complex, multilevel outcomes such as policy development, strengthened community networks, and enhancements to health and social service systems. Across ecological levels, 14 domains of community capacity were identified. CONCLUSION: Public health-related nursing practice contributes to multilayered community capacity building through CHD/CCH. However, gaps remain in quantitative evaluation and standardized outcome measures, underscoring the need for methodological advancement to reinforce the evidence base for community development in public health nursing. - Development and validation of the community development competency scale (ComDe-scale) for public health nurses in Japanese community general support centers: A Nationwide study.

Japan journal of nursing science : JJNS, 23, 3, e70060, Jul. 2026, [Peer-reviewed], [Domestic magazines]
English, Scientific journal, OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to develop and validate the Community Development Competency Scale (ComDe-Scale) for public health nurses (PHNs) working in Community General Support Centers (CGSCs) in Japan. METHOD: A nationwide cross-sectional survey was conducted with all 5495 CGSCs, yielding 1562 valid responses (28.4%). Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were performed to examine the factor structure, internal consistency, and construct validity. Hypothesis testing included correlations with the Network Establishment Practices Scale (NEPS) and subgroup comparisons by CGSC experience and managerial status. Convergent and discriminant validity were assessed using average variance extracted (AVE), composite reliability (CR), and the Fornell-Larcker criterion. Measurement invariance across management types (direct vs. outsourced) was evaluated through multigroup CFA. RESULTS: The ComDe-Scale demonstrated a three-factor, 20-item structure: (1) Strategic Management for Driving Community Health, (2) Empowerment for Interprofessional and Organizational Collaboration, and (3) Community-Rooted Outreach for Building Networks. Model fit indices indicated a good fit (CFI = 0.955, RMSEA = 0.060). Internal consistency was high (Cronbach's α = 0.845-0.946). All hypotheses for construct validity were supported (p < .001). Convergent validity (AVE = 0.569-0.589, CR = 0.842-0.941) and discriminant validity (√AVE > inter-factor correlations) were confirmed. Partial measurement invariance was observed across management types. CONCLUSIONS: The ComDe-Scale demonstrated satisfactory reliability and validity and can serve as a practical tool for evaluating and strengthening the competencies of PHNs engaged in community development at CGSCs. - Report on the 2025 Educational Practice Research Seminar : Envisioning the Next Steps in Qualitative Research

Together, these discussions provide practical insights for designing and publishing qualitative research in higher education. - The Impact of Expanded Alumni Networking on Job-Hunting Outcomes : Evidence from Japanese University Students
Kameno Jun; Matsunaga Kayo
33, 65, 72, Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education, Hokkaido University, Apr. 2026
Japanese, Research institution, Based on 1105 valid responses to a survey administered to students registered with BizReach Campus, this study analyzed the effects of alumni visits on the job-hunting activities of university students. Existing studies have only examined such visits to alumni from one’s university. However, in recent years, alumni visits that have expanded in scope to include alumni from other universities have also been observed. Thus, we compared traditional "limited alumni visits" with more recent "expanded alumni visits" and investigated their relative effectiveness. According to the results, alumni visits had no effect on the number of unofficial offers received. Nonetheless, alumni visits to companies whose job offer students had accepted affected their level of satisfaction with these companies and their job hunting-activity score. Meanwhile, alumni visits to graduates of the university to which students are enrolled had no effect on satisfaction with companies whose job offer students had accepted or job-hunting score. Therefore, the more recent practice of expanded alumni visits is more effective than traditional, limited alumni visits. - The Relationship between Each Factor of Occupational Career Maturity and Nursing Practice Ability:A Quantitative Study of Mid-career Nurses
Tagawa Shihori; Kameno Jun
Journal of Japan Academy of Nursing Education, 36, 1-2, 71, 84, Japan Academy of Nursing Education, 2026, [Peer-reviewed]
Japanese, 〔Objective〕 This study aimed to examine the relationship between occupational career maturity and nursing practice abilities among mid-career nurses.
〔Method〕 A questionnaire survey was administered to 900 mid-career nurses. Statistical analyses included the calculation of basic statistics, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis.
〔Results〕 Data from 443 mid-career nurse participants were analyzed. Multiple regression analysis revealed significant positive associations between nursing practice ability and Career Planning(β=.291, p<.001)and Career Concern(β=.197, p<.001). Although Career Autonomy was positively correlated with nursing practice ability(r=.333, p<.01), this association was not significant in the multiple regression analysis.
〔Conclusions〕These findings suggest that Career Concern and Career Planning appear to support the development of self-directed learning by fostering goal setting, proactive learning attitudes, and intrinsic motivation, thereby enhancing nursing practice ability. This suggests that a proactive attitude toward career development contributes to mid-career nurses’ nursing practice abilities. - Report on the Implementation of the 2024 Seminar on Research in Educational Practice

Japanese - Is Japanese Internship for the Purpose of Education or Recruitment?: A Study of its Historical Background, and Recent Changes and Future Challenges
Jun KAMENO
Japan Labor Issues, 7, 41, 19, 34, The Japan Institute for Labour Policy and Training, Jan. 2023, [Invited], [Lead author], [Domestic magazines]
English, Scientific journal, This article examines internships for university students in Japan from the perspective of whether the internships are conducted for “educational purposes” or “employment and recruitment purposes,” with regard to related policies, the present situation, comparison with other countries, and trends characteristic in recent years. The article provides an overview of the history of internships for Japanese universities, and elucidates the distinguishing features of Japanese internships using statistical data. Such features include 1) the fact that the number of participants in internships is increasing while the period of internships is short and becoming even shorter, and 2) the fact that while universities and public authorities emphasize that internships are intended for educational purposes, in reality they are used for seeking employment and hiring. A look at developments in other countries shows that internships are now growing as separate programs that target employment and hiring, while programs such as “cooperative education” in the United States and “sandwich courses” in England continue to play important roles as education conducted through industry-academia cooperation. This study also points out the need for awareness of the relevance of labor market characteristics when comparing the industry-university cooperative education programs such as internships with those in other companies. Furthermore, this article reviews the issues and positioning of three types of internships—i) long-term, ii) participated by students in lower school years, and iii) online—that are considered to represent its distinctive trends in Japan, and clarifies the contents with regard to the purposes of education and recruitment, as well as problems and positioning while comparing with efforts in other countries., 24624449;31142665 - A Study of the Historical Background of Internships by University Students in Japan, their Diverse Changes in Recent Years, and Related Issues: From the Perspectives of Educational Purposes and Employment/Recruitment Purposes

Japanese, Research institution, In this paper, the questionnairing for the enterprise was carried out focusing on the direct effect of using internship and part-time job for the ability grasp of the student.
As a result, (1) when recruiting new graduates, "interviews" are the most important means of identifying abilities.
There are few internships and part-time jobs, companies are more aware of their effectiveness than interviews; (2) many companies have conducted internships for recruitment purposes, but they have not achieved the original objectives sufficiently; and (3) companies accept 2.4 times as many students as new graduates as internship students, of which 6.4% are actually recruited.
Looking at the total number of new graduate recruits, it became clear that about one in seven was recruited through internships., 24624449 - Use of a Planning and Proposal Competition for First-year Undergraduate Students in Career Education

Japanese, Research institution, This paper provides an introduction to topics including an overview of efforts to apply a planning and proposal competition to career education for first-year undergraduate students, the objectives of such efforts, and their results. Selection of a theme is very important in such a planning and proposal competition. The competition was able to raise the awareness of students, who had only recently entered university, of the significance of advanced, specialized knowledge in university studies as well as the importance and difficulty of collaborating with others. This in turn raises their awareness concerning the society of the future and also helps to enrich their lives as university students, ultimately contributing to the students’ own careers., 24624449 - ビジネス分野における学修成果マトリクスの改定プロセス

Kameno Jun
Bulletin of Faculty of Education, Hokkaido University, 136, 193, 207, Faculty of Education, Hokkaido University, 2020, [Lead author], [Domestic magazines]
Japanese, Research institution, The link between internships and employment / recruitment is currently considered taboo, but the majority agreed to the results of a questionnaire survey conducted at universities. The following three points were clarified as a result of the analysis focusing on the attribute of the university. (1) Attributes such as university establishment, faculty, and scale are significant factors that define pros and cons; (2) Universities that request internships to hire students have a stronger pros; and (3) Factors for pros and cons by attribute cannot be explained solely by the strength of the relationship between current internships and employment and hiring., 24624449;10059436 - A Study on the Correspondence between Learning Outcomes and Occupational Competencies in Tertiary Education : In the Business Field of University and Professional Training College
YOSHIMOTO, Keiichi; KAMENO, Jun; ETO, Chisako
Research Bulletin of Educational Studies, 22, 11, 42,
Japanese, Research institution, The purpose of this study was to explore how the structure of learning outcomes consistent with various types of school and multi-level education programmes can be developed toward the visualisation of qualifications framework and international recognition indispensable for making "the grand design" of tertiary education. We surveyed the educational institutions and their graduates as their stakeholders to understand empirically and analyse how the learners achieve the learning outcomes focusing the business field. Firstly, regarding the learning outcomes expected by educational institutions, we found diversity in undergraduate programmes, such as one focused on fundamental specific abilities, the other was working on MBA level, whilst the theoretical and systematic cumulative models of knowledge and skills from basic levels were supposed. By contrast, in postsecondary courses of professional training colleges, the cumulative models in which students steadily learn the basic level of "attitude" and later work on higher goals were suggested. Secondly, about the goals expected by institutions and learning recognition by graduates, the survey indicated that both universities and professional training colleges, as well as institutions and graduates recognised the magnitude of fostering attitudes equivalent to basic levels. And in learning "attitude" and "application", the survey indicated the importance of "classes such as seminars and practical trainings" and "extramural seminars such as internships" as TPO during the ability acquisition processes. Thirdly, we noted the structure of competency formation in the work places after completing an educational programme. University graduates also acquired "attitude" and "application" at basic level in the workplaces, and then got the positions that require advanced abilities. This study elucidated that current status and structure of competencies were not significantly different between university graduates and professional training college graduates, however, the process up to that seemed to be different., 24624448;24624449 - Findings of a survey of university students regarding the relationship between internships or part-time jobs and job-seeking activities
KAMENO, Jun

Journal of Higher Education and Lifelong Learning, 26, 26, 83, 88, Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education, Research Division for Higher Education, Apr. 2019
Japanese, Research institution, This paper is intended both to elucidate the content and objectives of the systemic reforms implemented in fiscal 2018 in the internship programs at Hokkaido University and to summarize the impact of the Hokkaido Iburi Tobu Earthquake that struck on September 6, 2018 and what it demonstrated about the state of risk management. The elimination of short-term internships has had some effect in making educational objectives clearer. While some companies did suspend internships in response to the earthquake, others employed considerations such as setting up alternative schedules. However, some issues have become clear with regard to the state of risk management, including imperfections in the structure for contacting students in an emergency. - Results of Questionnaires about Internship for Hokkaido University Students in 2017

Japanese - Quantitative Analysis of Needs for Professional Refresher Training in the Field of Business
KAMENO Jun
The Journal of the Study of Lifelong Learning and Adult Education, 11, 101, 109, 2017, [Peer-reviewed]
Japanese, Recent years have seen increasing needs for refresher training for those employed in professional fields in Japan, along with enhancement of related policies. However, quantitative analysis to ascertain related potential needs has been lacking.
This paper employs existing government statistical data to ascertain quantitatively related needs in the field of business, from the perspectives of education and employment. Its findings show that employees who have begun working in the field of business without previously undergoing any training in that field account for approximately 70% of new hires in the field, or roughly 200 thousand persons per year. These persons can be said to make up the first source of potential needs for refresher training. The second source of potential needs is the roughly 26 thousand people who have undergone training in the field of business, but only at the high-school, vocational-school, or junior-college level. - A report on the 2015 Hokkaido University Workshop on Education

Japanese, Research institution, Hokkaido University began holding an annual two-day workshop on education for the faculty
members in 1998. Since 2007, this workshop has been conducted twice a year, and its target participants have
been young faculty members. This year we held three separate workshops. The purpose of this report is to
explain what was done in the 2015 workshops, and to explore the challenges that remain to improve the
workshops.
The first workshop, in June, had 29 participants from all over Hokkaido University, the second one, in
September, had 27 participants from Hokkaido University and 8 participants from other institutes of higher
education, and the last one, in November, had 17 participants from Hokkaido University and 3 participants
from other institutes. This year's main theme was Active Learning, the same as last year. Each workshop
mainly consisted of three sessions about the planning of courses, including lectures and group discussions,
and other sessions.
This report mainly provides an overview of the three workshops and the results of questionnaires
collected after each workshop. - Factor Analysis of Generic Skills at the Time of Admission: Results for First Year Students at Hokkaido University

Journal of Higher Education and Lifelong Learning, 23, 71, 78, Mar. 2016
Japanese, Research institution, This paper reports the results for analysis of the determinants of high and low generic skills at the
time of admission to the university by connecting the PROG results of freshmen at Hokkaido University and
the data from a questionnaire survey on career awareness, using the PROG results, which are implemented as
a means of quantitatively understanding generic skills.
My results revealed the following three points:
1) Considerable variation can be seen in competency. In particular, this tendency is remarkable in terms of
basic interpersonal skills.
2) With regard to gender, there are many fields in which men rank higher, but there is no meaningful
difference. By department, literacy is generally higher in arts majors, whereas competency is generally higher
in science majors. However, no significant difference was observed.
3) Competency is slightly higher among students who worked with an emphasis on “extracurricular activities
and circle activities” in high school. In addition, competency is also higher among students who take a
“proactive approach” and “spontaneous action” on a daily basis, and students who are considering studying
abroad. - A Case Study on Support for Acquiring Qualifications of Junior Colleges and Professional Training Colleges in Commercial and Business Fields and Determinants of Curriculum

Japanese, Research institution, This report is based on the results of a survey taken by students from Hokkaido University after participating in an internship — and explains the common characteristics and issues involved.
The following points summarize the common characteristics seen in the survey results:
1. Internship length: A high number of students felt the number of days their internships consisted of was suitable. However, there were quite a few students who thought their 5 day internships were a bit short and quite a few who thought their 10 day internships were a bit long. 2. Effectiveness of individual interview/hypothesis creation process: Evaluations of this were generally high, but evaluations from graduate students were slightly lower. 3.Tangible effects of the internship: The statements "this internship allowed me to know about the industry in which I wish to find work," "this internship allowed me to find the areas in which I must improve through life experience," and "this internship allowed me to know what it actually means to 'work' as a member of society" were highly agreed with by students. 4. Generally, students reported a high level of satisfaction with their internships. It appears a high connection between the internship and the student's major or the internship taking place in the student's actual desired field/business raised student satisfaction.

Japanese, Scientific journal, The study focuses on the educational programs that are carried out in the Higher Vocational Colleges in China which suits the needs of individual companies, and discussed the significance and the issues about it based on the information obtained from an interview research as well as the data regarding the current labor market.
These educational programs offered in the Higher Vocational Colleges in China under collaboration with individual companies can be seen as preparatory trainings that are traditionally offered to new recruits in the company. In China, moving jobs is common and companies find it not cost effective to provide in-house training if the workers stay for only a short term. In order to compensate this aspect, an educational system is essential, in which the students are given a certain level of vocational trainings so that they can immediately be a work-ready new employee. - The Implications with Japan for Promotion of Work Integrated Learning

Japanese, Research institution, In this paper I examined the effectiveness of university education with regard to the workplace, using methods such as quantitative analysis conducted based on the results of a 2007 questionnaire directed at Hokkaido University graduates. Regarding the issue of whether or not one's university education is useful in the graduates' current workplaces, it became clear that among some groups the effectiveness of university education as it applied to their current employment was held in high regard. These groups included graduates who as students vigorously approached their studies, those who were able to gain specialized knowledge as well as technical and logical thinking skills, and graduates who pursued a career in an area related to their university specialization. As a result, in considering the future of the university education structure, it is concluded that the effectiveness of university education in the workplace can be improved by preparing environments via which students can take the initiative to study. - The Diversification and Systematization of Internship

Japanese, Scientific journal, The universities and companies which are introducing internship are steadily increasing in number. In this paper, I analyzed the educational significance and future problems of internship focusing on a questionnaire for students participating in internship programs. As a result, it became clear that although these students were generally fairly satisfied, as regards educational significance, internship was somewhat less meaningful when compared to taking a job or developing professional values. The actual training period was of the order of 10 days, however the period should have been rather longer in the engineering faculty, and more practical training was desired. Therefore, it appears that various internships as regards training periods and detail should be considered according to a student's needs and objectives.

Japanese, Scientific journal, Numerous difficulties are encountered in analyzing the creation of jobs that result from starting a business. With this in mind, we have tried to present a method of estimation that will reduce difficulties in the Establishment Census. The result of the analysis based on the suggested estimation method shows that, in recent years, the rate of closing down businesses has been higher than that of opening new businesses. In Hokkaido, although the opening of new businesses creates jobs for 100,000 people every year, a greater number of businesses have been closing their doors. In terms of each subprefectural office, Ishikari is high both in the rates of opening and closing businesses. Iburi, on the other hand, is high in the rate of opening businesses but relatively low in the rate of closing businesses.

Questionnaire and interview survey to students and enterprises were carried out in order to grasp the situation in Japan on the relation between internship and employment.
The following three points were mainly clarified in this survey.(1) Approximately 30% of students who have experienced internships are scheduled to find employment in internships. However, about half of the internships are very short-term internships per day. (2) Internships are the first point of contact between students and businesses, rather than understanding students' abilities and understanding the actual conditions of businesses. (3) Students who were more enthusiastic about internships and part-time workers were more effective in finding jobs, but their effectiveness was greater at criticized schools. However, students who are enthusiastic about internships are enthusiastic about studying, and if these factors are controlled, the effect is reduced.

This research aimed to explore how functional differentiation and quality assurance of education programmes at universities and non-universities should be respectively in universal tertiary education systems.
From the perspective of objectives, methods and governance of education, each education of academic type and career-oriented one was understood empirically. According to the graduate survey aiming at cooperative IR activities, two vectors meaning the application of acquired learning outcomes and acquisition of competencies needed for jobs were found. The survey for teaching staffs at non-universities showed their conflict that occurred between career and regional orientation by their institutions and research orientation by themselves. Based on the results of curriculum survey like WIL, sectoral features about upgrading of education and the relationship with stakeholders became apparent. National Qualifications Framework would provide implications for the feasibility in Japan.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between internship and career development in the long-term perspectives. We focused on private universities of social sciences and humanities and junior colleges with programs for non-profession. We researched internship and career education featuring their developments and relationship with liberal studies or professional education. And we tried to reveal the systematization of career education that improves university-to-career transition effectively. We collected references and conducted both a qualitative and quantitative survey with the various aspects to pursue the possibilities of well-structured internship and career education.
To place internship and career education systematically in the curriculum, we revealed that not only cooperation between subjects but also "Problem Based Learning(PBL) in classroom" in each module in cooperation with teaching staffs is more effective through overseas case studies.

Conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews of domestic companies and educational institutions. We observed the following characteristic examples in the relationship between internships, training and job hunting, and employment. 1) The relationship between internships, training and job hunting, and employment is not insignificant. 2) In fields where the relationship between the specialized field studied in school and the work being done after graduation is clear, it is easier to get established.
Conducted interviews and document-based research of overseas institutes of education and companies. We observed the following examples. 1) There were many cases where one objective for work integrated learning for universities was to increase the success of job hunting activities. 2) There were also many cases for companies where the objective of work integrated learning was employment.

This research has explored a theoretical framework for the enhancement of employability in postgraduate education through analysing cases from Japan and overseas. A particular focus is placed upon linkages between the higher education system and employment system of each nation. Results of the research have shown the following findings and implications for practitioners and policy makers as well as researchers. One of the findings is increasingly better employment outcomes of UK and other nations’ postgraduates in recent years. Trends towards the globalised knowledge economy may have positively influenced postgraduates’ employability. This implies the effectiveness of employability-related skills development that is embedded into discipline-based academic education. Another finding points out that postgraduate education and training in partnership with businesses and industries is valuable for enhancing employability. Therefore, it is not as simple as saying that the results have confirmed the value of traditional academism in postgraduate education. The findings suggest the significance of higher-order generic skills of postgraduates as well as that of their expertise in their discipline for their employment outcomes.

This research focused on Junior colleges and professional training colleges as non-university higher education sectors and researched the characteristics of their educational programs with three perspectives, namely “control of education”, “methodology of education” and “goals of education”. We aimed to reveal their specialties with vocational education-oriented approach empirically in contrast with academic-oriented one in universities. Moreover, as policy scientific research we searched the possibilities of national qualifications frameworks in order to improvesocial cognition for non-university education system and their quality assurance. Further, we conducted field studies of non-university higher education institutions abroad. On commencement of this research, we have created four classifications including the “national license sector”, the “industrial sector”, the “commerce and business sector” and the “design, contents and others sector”. We did more field surveys domestic and abroad and revealed their mutual aspects and differentiated trends of their curriculum. Secondly, based on these results we surveyed teaching staff and institutions of junior colleges and professional training colleges nationwide. Through this survey, we clarified the formation of various competencies such as excellence in vocational practice, academic activities, educational qualification and management ability. We found unique operational style of each type of institution. Finally, we did graduate survey focusing their careers and evaluating their graduating colleges.During this research period we held several international seminars at each research stage such as kickoff point, a halfway point and closing points and also had opportunities to present our research results through academic meetings of Japan Association of Higher Education Research and so on.

The theme is "A research on development processes of partnerships between universities-communities in university educational reforms".
This research is an investigation study about development processes of partnership between university-community from a viewpoint of university educational reform.
We visited America, France, Estonia, Finland, Korea and Mongolia and carried out investigations.
This research investigated it by three problems.
The first problem is about the present conditions and problems of partnership between universities-community from enlarged points of view of lifelong functions of universities.
About this research problem, we visited Korean universities, investigated university lifelong learning centers.
In Korea, it was pushed from behind by national policies of switchover to knowledge base society, and functions of lifelong learning on universities had spread.
Many universities became concern with personnel developments of companies.
However, interests to lifelong learning of professors were low, and the universities had a lot of difficulty.
The second problem is practical use of community-resources to university education.
In American universities, a lot of partnership of universities-communities was concluded.
In general education, the university-community cooperation programs of Capstone program are developed.
The students learned nature of lifelong learners by attending general education.
The third viewpoint is an investigation research about university educational reform toward the making of country. We carried out this investigation mainly in Mongolia.
In the poor national budget of Mongolia, reorganization and educational reform of universities became big problems.

A purpose of this research studies what kinds of impact the collaborations between schools and communities give senior high school educational reform.
We carried out investigation about the collaborations between schools and communities in Japan and America.
Abstracts of research are as follows. 1) What kind of role does experience learning play in senior high school educational reform? We paid our attention to practice of School-to-Work in American high schools. We paid our attention to SOUGOUGAKKA high schools (comprehensive high school with credit system) in Japan. We understood that community-based learning was useful for academic learning not only was useful for future career choice for students in both country. However, experience learning of a Japanese senior high school is short between two days or three days. The American high school students experienced the structured programs that labor of work place could seem to understand. 2) We investigated how the partnerships between schools and business were made. In America, the partnership was talked with and was contracted for both profits. In Japan, the school demanded cooperation from a company one-sidedly. 3) We did investigation about an ideal method of articulation and collaboration between things of a senior high school and a university.
It is to examine ideal methods of articulation and collaboration with high schools and universities from points of view of ideal method of post secandary education. In United States, there were practices of collaboration of high schools and unversities more than 12000 cases, and the contents were various, too.
