  Japanese, Scientific journal, 本稿の目的は，自然談話データに基づいて日本語指示詞コ系の直示用法を再分析し，その意味的特徴を明らかにすることである。分析においては，Levinson（2000），Enfield（2003）が提示した指示詞体系における新たな最小の意味的対立という概念を用いる。先行研究では，コ系・ア系は一貫して，話し手から「近」，「遠」という意味的対立を示すと記述されてきた。しかし，コ系とア系が用いられている場面をみると，コ系は様々な位置にある対象を指し，空間的に柔軟性を持つのに対し，ア系は常に発話空間で一定の位置にある対象のみを指す。このコ系とア系の非対称的な分布事実に基づき，本稿では，コ系の近接性は意味ではなく，より強い意味を持つア系の存在により生じる会話の推意であると主張する。この分析は，Enfield（2003）がラオ語指示決定詞nii4とnan4に対して行った分析と一致する。This paper provides an analysis of the Japanese demonstrative pronoun ko- in its deictic use, based on spontaneous interaction data. The concept of new minimal semantic contrast introduced by Levinson (2000) and applied by Enfield (2003) is used as the framework of analysis. In contrast to previous accounts of ko- and a-, in which ko- encodes [+proximal] and a- encodes [-proximal], distributional findings show that the indicating ranges of ko- and a- are asymmetrical. While a- indicates only referents that are in a certain location, ko- has flexibility with regard to the spatial location of its referents and is also conceivable in contexts where a- is used. The present discussion reasons that ko- does not encode any spatial information, and shows that the proximity of ko- is not determined by semantic meaning, but by conversational implicature. This reasoning corresponds with the nature of the Lao demonstrative determiner system analyzed by Enfield (2003).

  Japanese, This project work is aimed at creating a "Cultural Booklet" which discloses the life stories of people in Toyokawa area, Katagami city, Akita prefecture. The area examined is based on the spot of elementary school which is closed due to depopulation. Through this project, Regional Revitalization Consortium is established by international students who acted as a medium between Toyokawa inhabitants, NPOs, Japanese students interested in international exchange, and the design team. In addition, the project can contribute to play the role previously retained by Toyokawa elementary school, which is "Interaction between generations".

  Japanese, Scientific journal, Kinsui and Takubo (1992b) and their other studies have proposed Discourse Management Theoryin which they attempt to provide anintegrated explanation of the deictic and non-deictic use of Japanese demonstratives. Although their explanation has been influential, their attempt has not been successful in the sense that it treated the deictic use of so- as an exception. This paper argues that the concept of 'addressee's attention', a concept which was introduced into typological studies of demonstratives around the year 2000, makes it possible to truly integrate the deictic and non-deictic use of so- so that deictic use of so- is positioned in Discourse Management Theory naturally. In addition, it is shown that 'addressee's attention'makes the contrastive analysis of so- and the middle terms in other languages possible.

The result of this instruction indicated that Japanese learners used "annotation insertion" based on peer review and also that non-verbal and phonetic aspects of the presentation have changed.

  本稿では，秋田大学と国際教養大学の間で行われた留学生を対象とする日本語合同授業の実践の詳細を報告するとともに，異なる大学に所属する留学生同士の交流からどのような学びが得られるのかという点について考察する。筆者らは，秋田市に留学しているという共通点を持ちながら，異なる環境で生活する学生が交流することで，自らの置かれた環境の類似点や相違点を比較することができ，互いに共感や刺激が生まれるのではないかという仮説のもと，2 回に渡り両大学間の合同授業を実施した。本稿では，第1回目の合同授業の準備過程，活動内容の詳細，学生の反応，第1 回目の実践で生じた課題およびそれを踏まえた第2 回目の実践内容を示すことで，異なる大学が，既存のクラスの中で合同授業を行う方法の1 つを提示する。また，従来は日本人学生と留学生の間で行われることが多く，「留学生－日本人」，「自国文化－日本文化」といった二項対立になりがちな多文化クラス活動が，異なる大学の留学生間で実施されることで，新たな学びの機会となりうる可能性を指摘する。, 秋田大学国際交流センター, Japanese
• 地域住民と留学生の協働による地域文化保存の試み

  本稿では，秋田大学「地（知）の拠点整備事業」（大学COC事業）の一環として，2014年度から2015年度にかけて秋田県潟上市豊川地区（以下，豊川地区）で行った文化誌作成プロジェクトワークについて報告する。このプロジェクトワークは，地区唯一の豊川小学校が閉校された同地区で，小学校跡地を活用し地域活動の活性化を図ることを目的としている。2014年度は，旧豊川小学校の関係者にインタビューをし，同小学校が豊川地区において「世代を超えた交流の拠点」であり「地域文化継承の拠点」ともなっていたことを明らかにした。この結果を踏まえ，2015年度はプロジェクトワークを通してかつて小学校が果たしていた「地域文化継承」という役割を担うべく，豊川油田をテーマとした文化誌を作成した。本稿では活動の概要を紹介するとともに，地域住民からのコメントに基づきプロジェクトワークの成果を検証する。, 秋田大学国際交流センター, Japanese

  言語を使用して会話するというのは，発話者だけの問題ではない。むしろ，会話の話し手と聞き手の双方が，自らの「参加」の仕方を文脈に敏感な形で調整しながら会話を組織化している。また，言語とはそれ自体として孤立して用いられているのではなく，常に実践に埋め込まれており，そこでは，言語だけでなく，環境中のさまざまなリソース（人工物等）も実践の組織に関わっている。
  
  相互行為という分析の枠組みは，これまでの「個人の間で情報やメッセージがやりとりされる」という「伝達モデル」とは異なるコミュニケーション観を我々に提示する。本プロジェクトでは，このような立場から，日本語を母語あるいは第二言語とする者が日常生活のさまざまな場面において他者や環境とやりとりしながら実践をおこなっている様子をビデオデータと文字化データをもとに微視的に分析し，理論的考察および教育現場への具体的提言を行う。
