    今年度は、本研究の最終年度として以下の３点に取り組んだ。
    １）昨年度10月から引き続き、マドリードで長期研究滞在・調査を行った。受入機関であるマドリードの国立高騰研究評議会において、同機関所属のMaribel Fierro教授のもとで研究への助言・指導を受けながら研究を進めた。内容は以下２）３）で詳述。またスペイン各地（含オンライン）で開催されたセミナーや研究会へ参加し、スペイン語での執筆や議論の能力をトレーニングした。他にも、スペイン各地に残されたイスラーム時代の考古学遺物の見学・調査を行った。２）昨年度に引き続き、キリスト教徒の妻とムスリムの夫、そして彼らの子供を中心とする混合家族について、マグリブやアンダルスで９世紀から12世紀に著されたイスラーム法学者達の著作から、マーリク派法学者達はこういった家族に関してどのような状況や問題を想定し、また実際に起こった問題にどう対処したのかを明らかにした。この内容をイギリスのリーズ大学で行われたIMC Leeds 2022で報告した。また、現在英語で論文化を進めている。３）昨年度蒐集したアラビア語で記された教会法al-Qanun al-Muqaddasの写本を読解し分析を進めた。特に当該史料の第５巻部分には、結婚に関する内容が纏めて記述されていることは確認しているため、その部分を中心に取り組んだ。本史料は内容だけではなく、その存在そのものについてもより深く分析する必要があるため、当該写本の来歴や物理的な状態、この史料の別写本の存在とそれらの異同についても、先行研究を渉猟し、現在も分析を進めている。
