  Japanese, Research institution, The disability services office in Hokkaido University was established in April 2013. This study reports the office's established history and discusses the current facets of its disability services at Hokkaido University. This system is considered a boundary-crossing process, where a support team for students with disabilities has increased, expanded, and now overlaps with other services. The concept of disability services is a universal design for learning, and the support team strives for constructive discussion toward better accommodation for all students. This study analyzes the established history through the view of a team approach that was created by each person taking a step into the fields of the other members.

  Japanese, 2009年に行ったわれわれの「発達障害のある方々への生涯発達支援の実践研究」について報告した。まず、発達障害は生活障害である。その視点に立つことで、われわれの実践研究を（1）養育者支援に関する研究、（2）保育・教育現場における支援研究、（3）特殊な生活環境における支援研究、（4）ADHDに関する調査研究と分類して、生活環境を中心に包括的な検討をした。われわれが向き合う「あなた」は、当初は養育者、次に当事者、さらにかれらを取り巻く関係者となる。同時に、われわれには、関係者といかに手を携えて総合的な支援策を構築するか、ということも求められる。最後に連携・ネットワーク作りからノットワーク作りへという移行を提案した。

  本研究では、援助要請行動生起における利益とコストの関係性を検証するため、中岡・兒玉（2011）の援助要請期待尺度の信頼性・妥当性の検討を行うとともに、援助要請不安尺度を元に援助要請行動生起における心理的コスト尺度を作成し、その信頼性・妥当性の検討を行った。そのため、大学生、大学院生208名を対象とし、既存の援助要請期待尺度（中岡・兒玉，2011）と、本研究で作成した心理的コスト尺度を合わせた計46項目を「カウンセリングに対する印象」として質問紙を用いて調査した。その結果、心理的コスト尺度は「スティグマへの懸念」因子、「カウンセラーの対応への懸念」因子、「強要への懸念」因子の３因子となり、中岡・兒玉（2011）と同様の結果となった。一方、援助要請期待尺度については、「内面の安定への期待」因子、「カウンセラーの対応への期待」因子、「知識習得への期待」因子の３因子となり、中岡・兒玉（2011）と異なる結果となった。また、Cronbachのα係数と２つの尺度の下位尺度との相関により、本研究で作成された心理的コスト尺度は十分な信頼性と妥当性が示された。援助要請期待尺度（中岡・兒玉，2011）についても再検討され、因子構造は中岡・兒玉（2011）とは異なる結果となったものの、より多くの項目数からなる、より信頼性・妥当性を有した尺度が作成されたと考えられる。, 北海道大学大学院教育学研究院附属子ども発達臨床研究センター, Japanese

• Reorganization of the supporting system for youth in community

  In this study we researched on the reorganization of supporting for youth in our community. Our main task is establish the systems for youth with mild developmental disorders in Hikikomori Life. They are living with many difficulties in each communities in Japan.
  Getting results are the three sections.At first, we discover the new support system for youth with difficulties by the new law ‘ Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act’in 2012 . Secondly we confirm the excellent systems for youth, especially in the board of education and the connection of each community in Korea. It is named ‘Community Youth Safety Net’. It is necessary for us to learn from CYS-Net and other many systems in Korea. Thirdly we recognize the need for new license or qualification. In supporting for youth a high degree of specialization is required.

  Developmental disorders have biological bases and are influenced from social circumstances. Their developmental courses are not typical, and children and adults with them have various cognitive and behavioral problems. In this study, several neuro-cognitive measurements were performed, and some investigations for QOL and traits of developmental disorders were carried out.
  Dorsolateral functions in visual processes, executive functions and working memory are supposed as common mechanisms for resiliency and vulnerability of the disorders. Event-related potentials, eye movements, etc. were measured and analyzed. Their results contributed to develop methods for support of children with them in reading and writing and so on. Improvements in supporting methods for adolescents with them and their parents were performed by suggestions from evaluative differences between their results for their QOL and the traits.

  In this study we researched on supporting for youth with special needs education focusing on the transition from school to work and set our sights on the life and the work. They are the young people with mild developmental disorders or in Hikikomori life.
  Getting excellent results are four sections.
  At first, for the purpose of knowing the life of youth we visited Northern Ireland,the Republic of Ireland and Korea and investigated the own system of each country on supporting for them.
  Secondly we were engaged in clinical research at Hellow Work and Youngman's Support Station in Japan and gained new information on young people.
  Thirdly we investigated the Life Image of Yubari high school student in Hokkaido and the problems of their transition from school to work.
  Fourth we were engaged in researches on the life of young mothers with disabilities who have the child.

  It is thought that developmental disabilities are occurred upon biological bases by social influences. We investigated about children with developmental disabilities in the viewpoints of biological and social vulnerabilities. Biological vulnerabilities were measured by psychophysiological indices, and social ones by questionnaire of QOL and disability-traits. Some of them were developed for this research. We developed and practiced partially various support methods and programs to children with developmental disabilities for their learning and living based on their total estimations.
