北海道大学オープンイノベーションハブエンレイソウ メインラウンジ, 地域と連携したリカレント教育・社会人教育の取組を全国的な視点から共有し、今後の地域共創型プログラムの展望について議論することを目的として、「リカレントサミット in 札幌」を招待制で開催します。
地方には人口・経済や自然環境などの多様な課題があり、地方大学にはそれらに対応する人材育成を担う責務があります。一方で、より実情にあった育成プログラムを実現するには大学だけでは十分ではありません。大学と自治体・地元産業界と連携することが必然となっています。
このような地域共創型プログラムは、全国の地方大学で実践が積み重ねられつつありますが、それらの課題や先進的事例を共有する機会は十分ではありませんでした。
そこでリカレントサミットでは、北海道大学をはじめ、熊本大学、金沢大学、愛媛大学による取組事例の紹介や、道内におけるリカレント教育・地域連携の取組報告、ならびにワークショップを通じて、地域共創型人材育成の現在地と今後の方向性を考える機会とすることに致しました。, [Invited] - The Role of Local Universities in an Era of Population Decline: Based on regional industries in Hokkaido and Daejeon–Sejong–Chungnam
